Non-medical service

Toronto Senior Assist provides practical, non-medical assistance. We do not provide nursing, medical treatment, medication administration, personal medical care or emergency services.

Bookings

Services are subject to availability, location, scope and acceptance of the requested task. We may decline requests that are unsafe, outside our service scope or require licensed professional services.

Pricing and expenses

Published prices cover the stated visit time and scope. Purchases, parking, tolls, admissions and unusual travel costs are additional unless otherwise agreed.

Property and purchases

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, access and authorization required for errands, returns, pickups or property access.

Transportation

Transportation of clients is not included unless explicitly confirmed in writing and appropriate driver, vehicle and insurance requirements are in place.
